• Octopodia Healthcare is a leading-edge healthcare company in the USA, with a particular focus on care and facilities in the southern states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

• The company employs a range of healthcare workers both permanent and contract workers.  To meet their obligations under the HIPAA regulations, Octopodia Healthcare strives to ensure that all employees have the training and knowledge to be confident that they are aware of the importance of HIPAA privacy and how to meet these obligations to guarantee patients protected health information is secure. 

Recommendations and deliverables include:

• Train the learners on how to identify and create job descriptions that match the desired skills and ensure they have the skills to be able to ask appropriate interview questions to meet the organization's needs.

• 1 e-Learning course developed in Articulate Storyline

• Additional on-the-job mentor training is recommended to reinforce learning and give learners opportunities to practice in real life scenarios.
